What deliverables will I receive at the end of the project?

At project completion, PixelKraft will hand off all important materials related to your project. Deliverables typically include:

  • Deployed Website: The live website up and running at your domain (if it’s a web project). That’s the primary deliverable. We ensure you have full admin access to the site/CMS.
  • Source Code & Files: We provide the website source code (HTML/CSS/JS, or in the case of a CMS like WordPress, all theme and plugin files, database, etc.). If you ever need to move hosts or have another developer work on it, these files are what you’d use. We can provide a ZIP backup of the site upon request.
  • Design Assets: Any design mockups or assets created (logo files, graphics, Photoshop/Sketch/Figma design source files) can be delivered. By default, we give you the final exported assets (e.g., logo PNGs, optimized images used on the site). If you want the raw design files (like a Photoshop file of the homepage design), let us know – we can provide those too.
  • Content Documents: If we wrote copy or created content, we can share those in a convenient format. Often, the content is just on the site, but if you want a Word document of the site copy or a spreadsheet of SEO keywords, for example, we’re happy to include that.
  • Credentials & Guides: We’ll send you any login credentials created during the project. For instance, admin logins for the website CMS, logins for third-party services integrated (if they were set up under PixelKraft’s account, we’ll transition them to you or create new ones for you). We sometimes create a short training guide or overview document if the site has complex features – explaining how to post blogs, manage products, etc. And of course, you’ll have our support contact info for any help.
  • Licenses/Keys: Any software license keys or subscriptions purchased for your project (like premium plugin licenses, API keys for services) will be transferred or at least documented for you.
  • Analytics/SEO Data: If we set up Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or other tools, we’ll ensure you have access (typically by adding your Google account to those properties). That way you fully control your analytics and SEO accounts going forward.

Basically, our goal is handover completeness – you should have everything needed to independently run and maintain the project if you choose. We don’t hold anything back. Even after handoff, if months later you realize you need a certain file, you can contact us; we archive project files and can often retrieve things if needed. But we strive to package everything neatly at delivery. The exact list will be outlined at the end, and we can walk you through it to make sure you’re comfortable.
