What is PixelKraft’s process from onboarding to delivery?

We follow a structured workflow to ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. Here’s what you can expect:

  1. Initial Consultation & Discovery: We start with a free consultation to discuss your needs, goals, and ideas. This can be a phone call or Zoom meeting where we learn about your business and project requirements. Based on this, we’ll provide a project proposal or estimate detailing the scope of work and pricing.
  2. Project Onboarding & Planning: Once you approve the proposal, we officially onboard you as a client. This includes paperwork (agreement, deposit invoice) and a kickoff meeting. We’ll outline the project timeline, gather any content or materials from you, and finalize the sitemap or strategy. If needed, we create wireframes or sketches of key pages.
  3. Design Phase: Our designers craft the visual look of your website or brand materials. For a website, we typically create mock-ups of the homepage and key pages for your review. You’ll have the chance to give feedback – we include a certain number of revision rounds to refine the design until you’re happy. (For example, you might get 2–3 revision cycles included.)
  4. Development Phase: Once the design is approved, our developers build the website or application. They turn the designs into a functional, responsive website. This stage includes coding, integrating any required features (like contact forms, booking systems, e-commerce functionality), and migrating your content into the site. We also perform basic on-page SEO (like meta tags, speed optimizations) as we build.
  5. Review & Revisions: We present the working site (often on a staging server) for your review. You can click through every page and test features. We then address any feedback or required changes. Minor tweaks and fixes are handled to make sure the site matches the agreed-upon requirements. We want you to be completely satisfied with the result before launch.
  6. Launch & Delivery: With approval, we proceed to launch. We’ll handle all the technical steps — setting up hosting (if we host for you) or coordinating with your hosting provider, pointing the domain, and testing everything live. Your new website is now live for the world to see! We ensure all links work, the site is indexed by search engines, and analytics are in place. We then hand over any deliverables (like design files or documentation).
  7. Training & Handover: After launch, we can train you or your team on how to use and update the new site. For example, if it’s a WordPress site, we’ll show you how to edit content, manage blog posts, etc. We provide documentation or a training session so you feel comfortable taking over day-to-day management.
  8. Ongoing Support: Our relationship doesn’t end at launch. We remain available for support (see Post-Project Support). Whether it’s a quick question, a fix, or further enhancements, we’re here to help. Many clients choose to continue with a maintenance plan or on-call support after the initial project.

Throughout this process, PixelKraft emphasizes communication and transparency. You’ll know what’s happening at each stage and have opportunities for feedback. Our goal is a smooth journey with no surprises, resulting in a final product that meets your expectations and business goals.
