Can we communicate via phone or in-person?

Yes, phone calls are welcome and in-person meetings can be arranged for local clients (Dallas/Fort Worth area). We understand some discussions are easier or clearer over the phone. You can call our business line at +1 (469) 333-3007 during business hours. If we miss you, leave a message and we’ll return your call promptly.

For clients in the Dallas area, we’re open to scheduling face-to-face meetings, especially for kickoffs or major presentations. This can be at your office, our office, or a convenient midpoint like a coffee shop. In-person meetings can help build a strong working relationship and often spark great ideas. Due to scheduling, we usually mix in-person with virtual meetings as needed.

If you’re not local or prefer virtual, video conferencing is a great alternative (we often use Zoom). Screen-sharing in a video call can be very productive for reviewing a design or demoing a website in progress.

To sum up, we’re flexible: email and online tools for daily collaboration, phone/video for deeper dives or whenever you prefer real-time talk, and in-person if feasible and desired. We want you to feel comfortable and confident throughout the project, and open communication is key to that.
